At School Services

AIDE Behavioral Consulting Limited offers a comprehensive in-school special education aide program.


This service focuses on supporting children in the classroom, providing behavioral support, and enhancing social skills, regulation skills and communication abilities.


Special education aides are carefully selected and trained to deliver in-school assistance, working under the supervision of a behavior analyst.

This service is best suited for children with autism who need additional support to succeed in a classroom setting. It is designed for students who benefit from personalized assistance to improve their communication, and social skills and adapt to the school environment.


In-school aides work alongside the child within the educational setting, providing behavioral support and ensuring the child can participate effectively in academic and social activities.

Key features of the program include:

- Comprehensive assessment

- Development of an Individualized Goal Plan (IGP)

- Detailed data collection

- Ongoing progress monitoring through regular meetings with the behavior analyst


The program is available in full-day (30 hours per week) and half-day (20 hours per week) packages, ensuring flexibility to meet diverse educational needs and schedules.

Services & Fees

  • Retainer Fee: $2500TTD (one-time non-refundable fee, covers sourcing and training the aide, initial assessment, and Individualized Goal Plan (IGP)).

  • Full-Day Package: $6500TTD per month (6 hours per day, 5 days per week).

  • Half-Day Package: $4500TTD per month (4 hours per day, 5 days per week).


Flow of Services

  1. Initial Assessment: After signing the agreement and paying the retainer fee, an initial assessment will be scheduled to assess the child's needs and develop an Individualized Goal Plan (IGP).

  2. Sourcing and Training: The retainer fee covers the cost of sourcing a suitable aide and providing them with the necessary training to meet the child's specific needs.

  3. Service Commencement: Once the aide is trained, services will commence as per the agreed schedule (full day or half day).

  4. Ongoing Monitoring and Adjustments: The child's progress will be monitored by the behavior analyst through regularly scheduled meetings with the aide and data review. Adjustments to the IGP will be made as necessary. Regular updates will be provided to the parents/guardians.
