In-Home Aide Service
AIDE Behavioral Consulting Limited offers a comprehensive in-home special education aide service. This service focuses primarily on enhancing communication, social skills, regulation skills, self-help skills, adaptive skills, and preacademic tasks, while also addressing and reducing challenging behaviors when necessary.
Special education aides are carefully selected and trained to provide personalized in-home support under the supervision of a behavior analyst. This service is ideal for children with autism who require personalized support in their home environment.
In-home aides provide one-on-one support, ensuring the child can develop skills and achieve goals in the comfort and familiarity of their own home
Key features of the program include:
- Comprehensive assessment
- Development of an Individualized Goal Plan (IGP)
- Detailed data collection
- Ongoing progress monitoring through regular meetings with the behavior analyst
The program is available in full-time (15 hours per week) and part-time (6 hours per week) packages, ensuring flexibility to meet various needs and schedules.

Services & Fees
Retainer Fee: $2500TTD (one-time non-refundable fee, covers sourcing and training the aide, initial assessment, and Individualized Goal Plan (IGP)).
Full-Time Package: $4500TTD per month (3 hours per day, 5 days per week)
Part-Time Package: $2000TTD per month (2 hours per day, 3 days per week)

Flow of Services
Initial Assessment: After signing the agreement and paying the retainer fee, an initial assessment will be scheduled to assess the child's needs and develop an Individualized Goal Plan (IGP).
Sourcing and Training: The retainer fee covers the cost of sourcing a suitable aide and providing them with the necessary training to meet the child's specific needs.
Service Commencement: Once the aide is trained, services will commence as per the agreed schedule (full day or half day).
Ongoing Monitoring and Adjustments: The child's progress will be monitored by the behavior analyst through regularly scheduled meetings with the aide and data review. Adjustments to the IGP will be made as necessary. Regular updates will be provided to the parents/guardians.
Parent Coaching
AIDE Behavioral Consulting Limited offers a dedicated parent coaching program designed to empower parents with the skills and knowledge to support their children at home.
This service is best suited for parents seeking to enhance their ability to support their child with autism at home. It is ideal for parents who want to learn effective strategies for improving their child's communication and managing challenging behaviors.

This service empowers parents by providing them with knowledge, skills, and ongoing support to foster their child’s development.
This program focuses on fostering communication skills, regulation skills, social skills, self-help and adaptive skills such as independent toileting and self-care, and managing challenging behaviors. Parents work closely with a behavior analyst through virtual meetings, receiving personalized coaching and guidance.
Program features include:
- A comprehensive course on basic behavioral principles
- Insights into understanding autism
- Strategies to connect and play with their children
- Techniques to strengthen parent-child relationships
- Empowerment and confidence-building for parents
- Setting and achieving personalized goals
- Ongoing monitoring and support
The package consists of 8 one-hour virtual meetings per month with a behavior analyst, providing a convenient and flexible way for parents to enhance their parenting skills and support their child's development effectively.
