We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Aide to provide in-home or school-based behavioral support. The successful candidate will work  to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of behavior intervention plans designed by the Behavior Analyst.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students in their homes or school settings.
- Collect and record data on student progress and behavior.
- Assist with daily activities, including academic tasks, social skills training, and personal care.
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other support staff.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for students.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
